Francoise Arnoul, aka Cyborg 003, is one of the nine protagonists of the upcoming CGI film trilogy Cyborg 009: Call of Justice.
Appearance[]
Francoise is a slender-bodied young woman with blonde hair falling just below her shoulders; blue eyes; fair yet healthy skin; and a slender nose. She wears a pink headband in her hair. Her eyes turn bright green whenever she uses her abilities.
Francoise wears a redesigned 00 Cyborg uniform where from the waist up, she wears a bright red, high-collared armored vest that resembles a flak jacket, with bright red protectors on her wrists and shoulders; black shoulder and chest straps; and four yellow dots on the front of her torso. Underneath the vest, she wears a dark red bodysuit, with a thick black belt on her waist connected by four straps running parallel diagonally across her upper thighs and crotch area. Her footwear consists of black, knee-high, armored boots with built-in knee protectors, and she has black protective pads on her elbows. Her uniform has a gun holster to hold a redesigned Super Gun, and her iconic yellow scarf goes through a slit in the back of her collar.
Unlike previous incarnations who wore a double-breasted military uniform, Francoise's 00 Cyborg uniform in Call of Justice has incorporated militaristic elements, as it resembles those worn for stealth recon missions. Her uniform also contains elements of the camouflaging bodysuit later worn in Archaia; the high-collared uniform from the crossover OVA Cyborg 009 vs. Devilman, and the small-buttoned uniform 009 Re:Cyborg.

History[]
The full extent of Francoise's backstory is currently unknown, but at one point she was kidnapped and forcibly transformed into a 00 Cyborg by Black Ghost, after which she and her fellow 00 Cyborgs rebelled and escaped captivity. From there, she became a protector of humanity, defending the people from Black Ghost and other threats.
After the establishment of the UN Guardian troops, Francoise was freed from her duties, allowing her to finally live a quiet, peaceful life. One day, she is contacted by Lucy Davenport, a female news journalist who is looking to expose the existence of Blessed, a mysterious yet evil group of intelligent superhumans. This causes a chain of events that brings the 00 Cyborgs out of retirement and into direct opposition against Blessed.
Abilities[]
Like her previous incarnations, Francoise presumably has both telescopic and x-ray vision, along with enhanced hearing. The true extent of her abilities is currently unknown.
