Yasuko Kobayashi (小林 靖子, born April 7, 1965) is a prolific scriptwriter for many anime and tokusatsu series, including Ressha Sentai ToQger, Attack on Titan, Garo and Kamen Rider OOO.
Through 2001-2002, she was also part of the writing staff for Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier.

Out of the 51 episodes in total for the series (including those for GOD'S WAR: Prologue ), Kobayashi had written for 13 when factoring in the "Yomi Group" recap.
She most notably wrote the entirety of the "Mythos Cyborgs" and "Underground Empire of Yomi" arcs and was responsible for updating and distilling them into a modern anime format.
